At Taotao-ta Threads, every product is custom-made just for you. Because we use a Print-on-Demand (POD) service, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund. Your satisfaction is important to us.
